Jack and Claire Miller opened the first Ale House Restaurant in Jupiter, Florida in 1988. This successful casual-dining
restaurant chain attracts customers from all walks of life by offering great food and drinks at an incredible value. The
chain has grown steadily, but conservatively, with a total of 38 restaurants in Florida as of January 2006.
Since its inception, the Ale House has continued to develop into a classic restaurant success story, to include in January
2002 being named as one of Nation's Restaurant News' "Regional Powerhouse Chains".
The Ale House's Company Mission statement is to "provide an excellent restaurant experience that is dedicated to fast
and friendly service, superior food quality and value".
When an Ale House Restaurant opens its doors, it quickly becomes identified within the local neighborhoods as the ideal
meeting ground for people to come and relax, have an enjoyable lunch or dinner, socialize with friends, watch a sporting
event or bring the entire family in for a great meal and fun. In fact, the Ale House motto represents that the Ale House
is a "reel great place to catch a good time!"
Designed to attract a broad variety of customers, the Ale House menu focuses on food quality, freshness and value. The
menu offers delicious steaks, original pasta dishes, fresh seafood, healthy salads, robust sandwiches and homemade desserts,
served within the comfortable social atmosphere of a neighborhood tavern. In addition, each restaurant features its own
original "specials" menu, which includes a variety of appetizers and entrees. This unique attribute has proven to be popular
with customers who travel throughout the state and are able to sample different menu selections at each Ale House that they visit.

Two featured proprietary items include "Zingers"® (boneless chicken wings coated in a choice of sauces) and a homemade
ice cream cake dessert known as "Captain Jack's"®. The popularity of these items was demonstrated when the Pop group
'N Sync appeared on the nationally syndicated Rosie O'Donnell show. As the group walked onto the stage, they promptly
presented Ms. O'Donnell with a few orders of their favorite appetizer, Ale House Zingers! All Ale House restaurants
contain a full-service bar featuring wine, liquor and over 75 varieties of beer.
