PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Miller’s Ale House Weekend Beach Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes“) begins at or about 10:00:01 AM (ET) on 06/11/10 and ends 09:59:59 PM (ET) on 08/05/10 (the “Promotion Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Miller’s Ale House (the “Sponsor“), Jupiter, FL, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 10:00:01 AM (ET) on 06/11/10 through 09:59:59 PM (ET) on 08/05/10 log onto www.millersalehouse.com (the “Website“) and follow the on-screen entry instructions. In order to participate, you will need Internet access and a valid email address. Entries must be received by 09:59:59 PM (ET) on the last day before the drawing dates listed in the Official Rules to be eligible for that specific Promotion Period drawing. Limit one entry per person/per email address. IF MORE THAN ONE ENTRY IS RECEIVED FROM ONE PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS, ONLY THE FIRST ENTRY SUBMITTED WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID. Enter your first name, last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and valid email address in the online entry form. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. For purposes of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, “receipt” of an online entry will be solely determined when the Sponsor’s web servers record the entry information. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of an email) does not constitute actual receipt of an entry for purposes of these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Website. The Website’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Website is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Website will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its online privacy policy, which can be found at www.millersalehouse.com.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: There will be eight (8) random drawings conducted from the aggregate of all qualified entries received during each promotion period, by Ramp Promotional Fulfillment Company, an independent judging agency whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Non-winning entries from any or all previous drawing dates will be rolled over into the next drawing. Winners will be notified by phone or email within five (5) days following the drawing date.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize Per Period 1: prize includes one (1) certificate for 2-nights hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for winner and one (1) adult guest at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Destin, Florida. This certificate is valid for use from November 2010 to February 2011, excluding holidays and holiday weekends. ARV $500.00. One (1) Grand Prize Per Period 2: prize includes one (1) certificate for 2-nights hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for winner and one (1) adult guest at the Residence Inn by Marriott Sandestin in Destin, Florida. This certificate is valid for use from August 15, 2010 to February 28, 2011, excluding holidays and special events. Reservations must be made 30 days in advance. ARV $419.00. One (1) Grand Prize Per Period 3: prize includes one (1) certificate for 2-nights hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for winner and one (1) adult guest at the Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin in Destin, Florida. This certificate is valid for use from August 15, 2010 to February 28, 2011, excluding holidays and special events. Reservations must be made 30 days in advance. ARV $379.00. One (1) Grand Prize Per Period 4: prize includes one (1) certificate for 2-nights two (2) bedroom condominium accommodations (one condo/double occupancy) for winner and one (1) adult guests at the Emerald Grande in Destin, Florida, one (1) day of fishing for two (2) and dinner for two (2). This certificate expires December 31, 2010. Restrictions and blackout dates apply (holiday and peak dates or weekends). ARV $1,103.00. One (1) Grand Prize Per Period 5: prize includes one (1) certificate for 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for winner and one (1) adult guest at the Port Inn in Port St. Joe, Florida, breakfast included. Reservations are restricted on Labor Day, Memorial Day and 4^th of July weekends. ARV $350.00. One (1) Grand Prize Per Period 6: prize includes one (1) certificate for a 2-nights hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for winner and one (1) adult guest at the Henderson Park Inn in Destin, Florida. This certificate is valid for use from November 2010 to February 2011, excluding holidays and holiday weekends. ARV $518.00. One (1) Grand Prize Per Period 7: prize includes one (1) certificate for 3-nights two (2) bedroom condominium accommodations (one condo/four (4) guests occupancy) for winner and three (3) adult guests at one of the ResortQuest resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida OR one of the ResortQuest resorts in Gulf Shores, Alabama. All reservations are made on a complimentary, space available basis and must be taken within 12 months of date certificate is issue. Restrictions apply at certain locations. Unless otherwise specified, complimentary stays are not redeemable during Spring Break, Peak Season and/or Major Holidays. Reservations cannot be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations and/or changes must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. ARV $1,049.00. One (1) Grand Prize Per Period 8: prize includes one (1) certificate for 2-nights one (1) bedroom condominium accommodations (one condo/four (4) guests occupancy) for winner and three (3) adult guests at the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Reservations are restricted on holidays or for existing reservations. Blackout dates may apply. ARV $650.00. ARV of all prizes $4,968.00. Prize consists only of the items specifically listed as part of the prize. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Transportation is NOT included. Winners will be responsible for all gratuities, meals, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules. Certificates are subject to standard policies and procedures. Certificates are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. A violation of these restrictions shall revoke winner’s license, and the certificates will not be honored. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per household/address. All prizes will be awarded assuming sufficient eligible entries are received.

GENERAL RULES: This sweepstakes is open only to residents of FL, GA, IL, NY and PA who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Miller’s Ale House, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. The potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form within three (3) days of attempted notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Miller’s Ale House, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns, Collaborative Marketing Group, Inc., Fishbowl, Inc., Ramp Promotional Fulfillment Company, Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, Residence Inn by Marriott Sandestin, Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin, Emerald Grande, Port Inn, Henderson Park Inn, ResortQuest and Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort harmless against any and all claims arising out of use or misuse of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding any e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. All on-line entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the promotion or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the security, fairness or integrity of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in Rule #5.
